The Concorde
was a marvel of design. It wasn’t designed with computers, but through math and trial and error. They had to innovate
constantly to make this supersonic passenger plane possible.
In flight even at 60,000 feet, traveling
at Mach II, the airframe would actually heat up, dramatically. A flight from New York to London in three and a half hours instead of six or
seven. What a plane that was once
called The Concorde!
