I usally start my day with a thought for the day, and tweet it out on Twitter @FiremanRich. Well, what happens whe the thought for the day is more than 140 mcharacter? You tack it and say it on livestrem on this thing called the internet.

A Morning Walk In The Southern Tier of Up-State New York 10.19.2015

Took a walk this cold brisk morning and the Seasons are a changing. Already had a spitting of snow the last few days. Yes! I did say snow, which only means that Old Man Winter is just around the corner.

Even still a very pleasant walk taking in the all the sights and colors that are around me in my neck of the woods on this Blue Marble.

Pictures are of the morning walk back from the village I live in, along the 11th fairway on the local golf course that's a stone throw away from my old house. Also, to finish the walk I stopped to take a few pictures of the corn field that is part of my backyard.

We lock the garden gate.
"The flowers alive all withered
That used to stand straight.
The last of October
We put the swings away
And the porch looks deserted
Where we like to play.
The last of October
The birds have all flown,
The screens are in the attic,
The sand pile's all gone;
Everything is put away
Before it starts to snow---
I wonder if the ladybugs

Doing a test of embedding a Blab broadcast into a blag post.

A good start to the day talking on the @Blab

Always a great start to the day when you see one of your on-line friends doing something new. Mr Paul O'Mahnony, @Omaniblog on Twitter, from Cork, Ireland was doing just that. Paul was hosting a live streaming Blab broadcast and was doing outstanding.

What's "Blab?' Well, it's a new live streaming  platform that is easy as well as fun to use as well as play around with on this thing called the internet. You can check it out at blab.im.

A Touch Of The Autumn Colors . . .

What a fantastic day weather wise that on a walk about I'm able to take in the colors of the season. It's so simple but only comes once a year. Taking pleasure of the simple things that one may overlook as we travel that road way call Life.

Having A Cold One!

After dinner we all stopped at a local watering hole for a cold one. I had the Wachusett Blueberry Ale and that was just 1 of 36 that were on tap!
